Estimated transit, departure and arrival times as published herein are to be considered as non binding information provided without any guarantee on behalf of the Carrier. The Carrier shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage sustained by the Merchant through delay, or as a result of the Carrier not meeting the estimated transit time as published herein.
