You may track cargo by entering either the bill of lading number or the container number, which must be entered without spaces. 

Container number consist of 4 letteres and 7 digits.
Example: ZIMU1234567.

B/L number:  The B/L number consist of 7 letters followed by several digits.
Example: ZIMUHFA12345.

This message indicates that the eta for this shipment is not available yet due to feeder vessels schedules or connecting Vessels not confirmed yet.

In these cases, please contact us or your local Zim agent directly.    

The tracing system will only get updated after the vessel leaves the port. Please check the schedule system for tracking the vessel your cargo is on.
