Dr. Keren Bar-Hava is a board observer with over 20 years of experience in board oversight across the banking, insurance, real estate, and retail sectors. Her expertise includes audit, financial reporting, risk management, and compensation oversight, with a focus on corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

Dr. Bar-Hava has served on the boards of publicly traded and regulated entities in both Israel and the United States, providing oversight on internal controls and risk governance in complex regulatory environments.

In addition to her corporate roles, she has served as a board member of the Israel Securities Authority, the Council of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel, and on advisory committees of the Israeli Accounting Standards Board. She is currently a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants' AI Committee, addressing the implications of artificial intelligence for financial reporting and auditing.
