We would like to provide you our latest update on the outbreak of Novel Coronavirus in Italy.

ZIM Management Team is closely monitoring the situation as part of our strong commitment to ensure the safety of our employees while working towards mitigating of any possible impact on our customers’ operations.

According to the Italian government decree issued March 9^th, 2020, all the areas in Italy are placed under quarantine.  

Our Teams in Milano and Venice continue to provide phone and email service via remote support, even though these ZIM Offices are closed for health and safety reasons.

ZIM Office in Genova remains open and will be available on a reduced scale, nevertheless we are doing all the efforts in order to maintain regular service level for supporting our customers' business.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely across all ZIM offices in Italy and will keep you updated on any further development.
