We would like to provide you our latest update on the outbreak of Novel Coronavirus in Italy.
ZIM Management Team is closely monitoring the situation as part of our strong commitment to ensure the safety of our employees while working towards mitigating of any possible impact on our customers’ operations.
According to the Italian government decree issued March 9th, 2020, all the areas in Italy are placed under quarantine.
Our entire Teams in Genoa, Milano, Venice and Naples, even ZIM offices are closed for healthy and safety reasons, are available and continue to provide phone and email service via remote support and doing all efforts in order to maintain regular service level for supporting our Customers’ business.
In order to allow us to work most effectively, we ask for your support in addressing your inquiries via E-mail for any non-critical matter.
