- Adhere to company requirement and work efficiency and achieve SLA.
- Follow SOP to process all relevant manifesting.
- Ensure 24 hours manifesting in SLA and correctly.
- Keep smooth communication with other terms.
- To participate in achieving accurate query routed to the client and customer service team.
- College diploma or above.
- Basic shipping knowledge.
- Proficient skills in written and oral Chinese and English.
- Good experience in use of relevant IT office applications.
- Good communication skill with external and internal party.
