Description
System Maintenance:
- To run daily IT systems/communication/Local Systems-Business Applications smooth functioning.
- To solve abnormal cases timely and make system work smoothly & uninterruptedly.
- To support as a desk technician as remote/local for regional offices covering Europe and East Med countries for IT technical services, PC/Network/Mobile Support/Videoconference
- To Liaise with relevant SME (subject Matter experts) in HQ and Regional-IT and co-ordinate for all support for PC/network/IT Infra/Telephony
- To deploy images & disseminate IT and Security policies to the agency users and manage IT assets
- To Support Local Systems and Business Applications
- To coordinate with HQ/Regional office IT teams.
- To support Europe and East Med users, handle remedy tickets/pc problems/tracing remedy status, etc.
- IT Agreement coordination and follow up.
- IT budgets submit/review/control.
- Communicate with various IT vendors & Telecom for purchasing/IT with IT PO created
- To support office renovations projects in IT Infra aspects.
- Include each hardware and most software.
- Install/Remove/Recheck/Repair/etc.…
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 2-3 years’ experience
• German: Fluent
• English: Fluent
• Any other European language: Benefit
• Able to generate solutions to problems (analytical and logical reasoning skills)
• Technician related Knowledge for PC imaging / Network / Systems support
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, Flexible, Service oriented and Available
• Can work in high efficiency, quick decision maker ; quick problem solving ability.
• Self-motivated; teamwork skills and can work under pressure.
• At least 2-3 years’ experience
