18 ZIM Magazine Josi Cikurel, Manager of ZIM Turkey, writes: Cheers greeted the ship as it pulled in for the first time on a sunny Sunday. The entire ZIM Turkey team arrived to welcome the ship, which sails the flagship line of ZIM's new services. The reception event included a brunch organized by the terminal management, and a team visit aboard the fully loaded ship. ZIMTurkey's staff also went up to the bridge to watch ZIM's iconic containers being loaded onto the ship–truly a wonderful sight! After months of commercial, marketing and logistical efforts, ZIMTurkey's staff and our colleagues around the world were able to witness the results of their hard work. Bravo and well done to the ZIM Family! The next challenge will be to preserve this initial success in the months ahead and increase ZIM's profitability and results. We would like to wish ZIM bon voyage in sailing to new horizons!
