A: “Around 10 experts from SAP Division were part of the Dev Team, and we worked around the clock for about 6 months.” Q: Did you enjoy working on this project? Why? A: “Yes. This project was interesting and challenging because we had to overcome many technical obstacles. The main challenge was the security issue. ZIM faces many cyber threats, so the security requirements are especially rigorous. We had to enable advanced components with encrypted code, which would identify the user with SSO (Single Sign-On) authentication. The second challenge was the high performance requirement. Unlike other mobile apps, the system includes multiple components. We worked hard to improve its response time. The last challenge was working on the cloud. ZIM's solution is completely innovative, the first of its kind worldwide, so we couldn’t simply copy what anyone else is doing.
