However, ZIMonitor and the ZIM team were still on the job, solving the problem in under an hour and preventing serious damage. Another example occurred in a shipment fromAntwerp that had arrived in Ashdod. ZIMonitor showed a DeviceWrong Set Point alert – a problem with the container's temperature setting, which should have been 20 o C. When the alert was received, the Ashdod team rushed in to check the container and set a correct Set Point. The mission was completed in under an hour, which was critical in saving the cargo, as the container's refrigeration mechanism had already begun to lower the temperature. Thanks to ZIMonitor, the cargo was saved. Another incident occurred in Canada this July, when ZIMonitor warned of a power failure in a container that was on the way to its final destination onboard a CN train. The Halifax team immediately contacted CN, and after the container's electricity supply was found to be defective, it was immediately replaced and the container returned to working order. These are just a few examples of many, where possible damage was prevented thanks to error alerts and our team's fast response.
