In light of the continuous balancing and operational challenges at Israeli ports, and in order to maintain our high service levels, please be advised that ZIM has decided to update the Ashdod Imbalance Surcharge which applies to all the Import to Ashdod and implement an Emergency Imbalance Surcharge on all the Import to Haifa, for all cargo types, as follows:

• $85 per Container from Mediterranean (East + West) and Black Sea base ports
• $85 per Container from North Europe & Baltic/Scandinavian base ports

The above shall be implemented as of June 25^th, 2018 sailing date, till further notice. 

• Above charges are additional to the applicable base freight charge, THC, bunker charges and security and PSS related charges which are provided in ZIM's Tariff Calculator (http://www.zim.com/knowledgecenter/tools/pages/tariff-calculator.aspx) as well as other charges for additional services, local charges and contingency charges.
