Coronavirus customer update

We would like to provide you our latest update on the outbreak of Novel Coronavirus in the Hubei province.
ZIM Management Team is closely monitoring the situation as part of our strong commitment to ensure the safety of our employees while working towards mitigating of any possible impact on our customers’ operations.
According to the Chinese Government notice issued January 27th, 2020, all companies have been requested to extend the Lunar New Year holiday. The extend of holiday may vary from city to city per notification from local government.
All ZIM Offices and other facilities except Wuhan office will continue to operate in accordance with Government guidance. Additional information regarding China offices working hours is available on ‘News and Updates’ in our China local pages on ZIM.com.
Our Customer Service team is currently following up on shipment status with respective customers and discussing alternative transport plans. We will continue to monitor the situation closely across all ZIM offices in China and will keep you updated on any further development.
