Dear ZIM Customer, 

Due to the recent sharp increase in fuel prices, and in order to maintain our service levels, ZIM will implement an Emergency Bunker Surcharge (EBS) on all cargo from Asia to North America and the Caribbean, as follows:  
 

Asia - Pacific North West Services: USD 18 per TEU
Asia – East Coast N. America, US Gulf and Caribbean: USD 32 per TEU

The Surcharge will be implemented effective June 15th, 2018. 

The surcharge is implemented in order to maintain our high service levels and schedule reliability. Our customer service team is at your disposal for any inquiry.
