Disaster and Hope

During the early days of the war, following the tragedy of October 7, an initiative emerged with the goal of helping and giving new hope to children and teens
from communities close to the Gaza border. ZIM has established the Itamar Ben Yehuda Animal-Assisted Therapy Center, named in memory of an army
medic who was killed on October 7. This center will serve as a beacon of hope and optimism for young people and entire communities as they attempt to
recover, rebuild, and fight for a better future.
