The international crisis has also created new opportunities, and Zim
was in a position not only to identify them but to work quickly to realize
them. In record time, Zim established a new service whose purpose
is to provide solutions for the surge in e-commerce as a result of the
crisis. Giant companies working in the field needed a fast and efficient
solution for moving their goods from Asia to America. Zim was ready
to meet the challenge without hesitating, and in June 2020 launched
155 its innovative new service, ZEX, ZIM Ecommerce Express.
