Employees’ children are encouraged to improve their
English proficiency (in case they are not English speakers)
ahead of the relocation, while the parents learn the local
language in order to further assist the assimilation to
schools and community institutions.
In recent month the relocation Relocation team in HR has
invested great efforts to write a clear policy which explains
the employees’ rights and obligations as part of the transition
and his /her performance as a relocation employee. This is a
global policy designed based on the experience accumulated
in the company on this subject.
What else is expected?
These days the Relocation team is working on a dedicated
online portal for employees, intended to maintain connection
between the head office and employees worldwide.
The Global Relocation team makes every effort on a daily
basis to improve the service it provides and assist employees
overseas. We wish all our relocated employees every success
in their challenging but important work.

during the first stages in the destination country.
