We are pleased to announce that SmartCS program has been implemented in ZIM Korea.
The SmartCS program will enhance your service experience when interacting with us, simplify service processes and commit to process times and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
As part of the SmartCS program, our enhancements are:
• Our Customer Service Team is re-structured
• Working procedures are re-defined
• Your emails are handled on a First-in First-Out basis and tracked according to well-defined SLAs
• An advanced Contact Center solution is implemented. Our Hotline is 02-398-0400
Starting from 1 June, please contact us in the following ways:

Please address your remittance request to our Finance Department @ kr.acc@zim.com .
In addition, all booking and draft B/L creation or amendment requests are processed based on our SLA standards (booking within 1 hour, draft B/L within 6 hours) once submitted via INTTRA or eZIM.
Accordingly, to prevent duplicate handling, we kindly inform you that, starting from June, we will no longer respond to confirmation or request emails following booking or SI submission.
The SmartCS program will help us run our operation more efficiently to meet your needs.
